My GoDaddy Email is not working. I can send messages but cannot receive.

    Hello all,

Thank you, everyone, in this wonderful community, your help is priceless. Thank you guys for always helping me out.

My issue today is with my website's email address. I can send messages but cannot receive. How do I fix it? I sent a message to my Gmail and it delivered, but I could not receive the one I sent from my Gmail.

Thank you in advance for the answer and solution.

This assumes the email is setup on your cPanel account

Step 1) Add a CNAME for mail which points to @ with a TTL of custom / 600

Step 2) Remove both MX records and replace with

    @ points to mail.daraswritermom.com with a priority of 10 and a TTL of custom / 600
