i can't get rid of Wordpress Blog

I want my domain show up a info updated when I post it in facebook or whatever but instead of that is giving me that 

Mentions : the webhost where was registered in wordpress is long gone...i dont know how this is still showing up ...i need make clear of that and show info about real site...not wordpress

Facebook keeps a database of this info from the last time the site was crawled.  You can run their debugger to make sure it's reading your site, then info should be updated in their database shortly.
