    Cant change hosting

    I'm on Economy Linux hosting which expires 29/10/2020.
    I've been getting errors adding or changing FTP users so i contacted support who tell me in on old legacy hosting but they can't move me to the new hosting.

    So i'm stuck on this old broken hosting till late 2020.

    This is very poor.

    I've been with godaddy for 10+ years.

    Anyone got any ideas what i can do short of losing 12 months of hosting (£72 worth).

    @Richard99 

     

    I would call into support (not chat). As you are "upgrading" servers where GoDaddy doesn't have an upgrade option - you "maybe" able to get a store credit when you cancel the old server - Again I would call in to confirm they can do this for you
