Hosting requirements , please advise

Hello everybody!

I would like to know what plan/package for web hosting should I look for in order to have the below points in place. I'm using Alidropship plugin that needs the below from my hosting. Currently I'm using Bluehost with a shared hosting. They could not upgrade me so I'm looking towards another provider.

Hosting server requirements:
Open incoming connection Hosting 32bit (64bit recommended)
cURL libraries ver 7.58.0 and higher
PHP 5.6 or higher
ionCube activated on your hosting
File size upload limit: min. 10MB.

Are you referring to allow outgoing connections?, or something else...
