    i got this message when i buy web hosting from my Visa card."To purchase product, enter a payment method with a different billing country/region and continue with checkout. ".and my Visa card can buy domain already but when buy hosting it alert that message.#cambodia country

    It sounds like the system may be having a conflict due to your location. You would need to call into phone support or get on chat support to see if they can help with this issue. Unfortunately, we don't have access to GoDaddy internal systems on this forum. They should be able to help you out, though.
