My site takes too long to load and loads incorrectly

Hello guys tthis thread is about the website I am building capbig.com, last night all of the sudden it started this problem where the loading takes very long and when it load it loads incorrect css, meaning website is disorganized. 

I also got a warning to upgrade my hosting too, wonder if that is the cause but my website is almost empty.

FYI

I just pulled your website up, and it looks fine to me.  Not slow at all.
