Cannot access domain

I cannot see or access my domain.

I bought the domain through godaddy but i was hosting it somewhere else.

my website hasn't been working for 3 days.

I signed in on my godaddy account to check but when i go to my account or in the domains tab i don't see anything.

www.virticssolutions.com is the domain

i even checked through whois it shows that it is a godaddy domain

So there are no domains in that account - if you go to https://account.godaddy.com/receipts and don't see the order for the domain it means it is in a different account - if you do see the invoice (recent) and it's not there I would reach out to GoDaddy Support https://www.godaddy.com/help/contact-us

1) I see that this domain was / is using the SiteGound DNS servers

2) if you goto https://dcc.godaddy.com you should see this domain.

3) if you do not - I would check your receipt from when you purchased it and make sure you are logged into the same account

If it is in another account which you do not have access to, please visit https://www.godaddy.com/help/regain-access-to-my-domain-or-my-account-4043 for instructions to help get control of the domain.
