I will like to ask for assistance in accessing my domain account and reactivation of the domain.
My domain is managed by Gsuite team (API) team
Please assist. My auto renew didn't auto renew in November 2018 when it expired. I will like to pay outstanding fees to enable me have access back to the domain and my email service provided by Gsuites.
I have sent numerous email to email@example.com with no response.
Suite have being deducting my account for the Username for email services, i can only send out emails but i cant receive.
Unfortunately, no one on this forum will be able to help with an account issue as we're volunteers and don't have access to GoDaddy's internal systems.
You need to call phone support or start a live chat and contact the billing department for a resolution.
