Domain does not work with www, but works without.

Hi Everyone,

I recently moved my domain routerdog.co.uk over to GoDaddy.

Everything is working great when I access  routerdog.co.uk however I'm unable to access my domain with a www. prefix www.routerdog.co.uk. I have read similar posts and followed the solutions (e.g. http://bit.do/eBqNp) however I am still experiencing the issue.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure if GoDaddy did anything but since submitting this question everything is now working as expected with my domain routerdog.co.uk and with a ‘www’ prefix, www.routerdog.co.uk.
