Domain placed in reserved/inactive status

Hi, I've received 2 emails today stating that one of my key domains has been placed in a reserved, inactive status. Why?? It is due to be renewed automatically in September this year and I have updated my payment details. It states automatic renewal when I look under 'manage domains', so what is going on, please?

Unfortunately, you'll need to contact Phone Support or Live Chat (links on the top right of the page) to find out what is going on with that specifically. As volunteers, we don't have access to that information.

Hi @zerameth,

 

Welcome to the Community!

GoDaddy has has some reports come in concerning a handful of customers getting emails in error of a domain or email expiration date. The first thing to do is log into your account and assure yourself of all expiration dates. If in doubt, @MrVapor, is correct, as the agent can confirm that the email was sent out of a specific account.
