How to add hash code for PTR record for mail server

I am reading solutions for adding a hash to a TXT record is sufficient for a PTR/Reverse DNS record I need for my mail server.  However all the posts refer to contacting my IP Addresses hosting provider for that hash.

IE: https://www.godaddy.com/community/Managing-Domains/Hash-code-for-adding-a-PTR-record/m-p/122772#M238...

However, as far as I know, GoDaddy IS my hosting provider.

My domain is registered with GoDaddy.

My Gen4 VPS server is hosted by GoDaddy.

My IP address is owned, and assigned, by GoDaddy (https://whois.arin.net/rest/net/NET-72-167-0-0-1/pft?s=72.167.220.0

Therefore, GoDaddy is my hosting provider - so who at GoDaddy do I need to contact to get a hash code for PTR record?

Apparently this is only available on the dedicated servers

Hmmm...so how do I get a PTR record for the mail server setup on my VPS then? Multiple email server "test" sites are showing my PTR record as an issue because it doesn't point to anything related to my doman.

You shouldn't have to. I'm fairly certain it has a PTR record it just doesn't match your domain. You should be able to add the IP address of the server to a SPF record and be good to go.
