New name servers do not appear to save

I have created a private browsing window as others have suggested and followed the steps here: https://www.godaddy.com/help/change-nameservers-for-my-domains-664? But after I have entered the new name servers provided by my hosting company and click save, returning to my DNS management page shows that the default name servers are still listed and the "last updated" date is from 2017.

Is this just a part of the 48 hour time frame it takes to update? Or is something not sticking?

Thanks!

Those name servers look fine - I do know from some Facebook groups that SiteGround has been having some issues this week and that could be related to why you can't update your name servers.

Personally unless you have a specific need of something with the SiteGround DNS I would recommend leaving it with GoDaddy

@StevenCarl

You can host with SiteGround and manage the dns at GoDaddy. You would just need to point the IP to the siteground server.
