No "use my domain button" - unable to forward

Hi,

I'd like to forward my domain and it looked so simple but when I go to my domain settings there's no option to 'Use my domain' like it says in the instructions. Any ideas why this might be and what to do about it?

Thanks in advance!

Yep. I had the exact same experience.  A help document that still doesn't help, more than a month after it was reported.

And of course the "solution" is to go to the same exact article that doesn't help.

Not sure how to emphasize this belabored point without being rude...

There is no "Use My Domain" option on the help page.  Please do not refer me to https://ph.godaddy.com/help/forward-a-domain-12123.  It is not useful.

Thanks!

@galeforcedrone @MelissaDaviesUK have you tried forwarding the domain name through the domain manager? It's quite easy. Login to your domain manager, click the checkbox next to the domain, click "FORWARD" on the menu above the list of domains and submit the information for the forward.

Same. Lame.  And for me the issue is not that i can't enter the fwd url, but that it 404s.

Linking to a deprecated support article will not help. But I sadly anticipate that'll be repeated.
