Combined emails from different clients

Trying to run a small business with 365. I continue to find that my emails are being combined. I will open one email and have one or multiple clients inside of that email. I have tried to chat with staff without success. I also find that emails are auto deleted...Staff said that my old workspace account was still active and that was the problem...they deleted it but I still have problems. I am losing tons of money with this issue. I want a true support expert to contact me and get this problem fixed...not sales trying to sell me another product. I have sent screen shots
