Email send but not receiving email from another account in my web mail

i send email form my web mail accounts to other email send successfully and other received email as well but a person send me email on my account i don't received any email and my other email is working perfectly for example : i use info ID to send mail and received email it's work perfectly but i create new sales account in this account i  send emails to other but when a person reply back to me i don't received any mail.

Any one give me a live chat support link of godaddy

Thank you for posting. If the person sending you mail is receiving a bounceback message when their message is rejected, get them to forward it to you as an attachment and reach out to our support team with that to troubleshoot. Thanks!
