Emails are not Working

Hello there,


While I change my nameservers and adding different platform's nameserver address and update the information. Then my existing emails are not working. What's the reason and how can I get rid from this problem?

Hi @Katy_Martin. Welcome to GoDaddy Community! When you change the nameservers for a domain, it usually will change the DNS records you had. You probably just need to add the right MX records for your email service so your email can work. The records you need to use would depend on the type of email service you have.
