I am requesting a refund on GoDaddy Office 365 and Business Management & Website Tools. I am frustrated with the performance of the eMail platform (limitations and eMail spam filtering treatments (e.g., ProofPoint Essentials and/or other similar back-office platforms)) and the customer service I’ve encountered after purchase of the services. I simply now longer desire to use GoDaddy's other platforms in this area. Please acknowledge and advise.
