We have several multiple email addresses under bifllandelsa.com. When clicking on the email box all of the alternate addresses appear, except my main address, which is email@example.com. Does anyone know how to correct this?

Without knowing what email service you are using, it's hard to say what the issue is that you are seeing.
I suggest calling Support so they can review your account in detail with you and help you with locating this email address in your account.
