New Email Address not working

Hi Guys.

I recently created a new domain with hosting by GoDaddy.

I have created a new email address and tried a few test emails from a different account to the new account.

These are being rejected as "Your message wasn't delivered to info@domain.online because the address couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again"

It looks like if I log into cpanel and send an email from this new account to the other account it works fine.

Any ideas on this?
