All 300+ domains use the same contact info for all contact types. I would like to do a global change for the email, yet when I attempt using the "domain contact update" the page crashes and signs me out.
Is this something that can be done on the backend?

I figured it out!
It was crashing when I was trying to update more than 1 email - in Chrome
In Safari, however, I am able to successfully update at least 50 records at a time.
So the bug is in Chrome

You'd have to contact phone support or live chat (link at top of page) in order to find out. However, to my knowledge, there's no way to make that update other than through the interface the customer sees. I could be wrong, though.

Note: You can only change the settings of one email address at a time.
