Yesterday we contacted the support to solve problem about DNS setting as the site host was pointing to CloudFlare but we asked to point to other server, but just the site not the mails as we have hosting for the mails in Godaddy and confirmed this with the support, "Jenny" the support agent confirmed that the mails will not be affected by the changes in the DNS settings but not the mails not working and don't send/receive
