wanna move my email from cheap name to godaddy to be linked with my domain name

I have an email address in my domain by cheapname so wanna move the email to godaddy where my domain is hosted to let my email be linked with my domain name what must I do ?

cause cheapName said I have to contact godaddy but as I can see their live chat not even working

what to do please help me

I have opened an email address by cheapName so want my email to be linked with my domain name but cheapName said I have to contact my domain hosting provider to make it happen need Godaddy help please
