I tweeted this questions but haven't gotten an answer. I like reading changelogs, hearing updates and knowing my products are being worked on. How does GoDaddy communicate updates they are doing to their platforms?
Is there a changelog somewhere? Email blast? Do they have a WordPress installation somewhere where they have a blog dedicated to the work they are doing? Does this include outages? What are some new features that team are working on that we can look forward to in the future?

There isn't a changelog for updates made to services. For changes that impact customers or that require some sort of action, typically an email is sent.
