can not point my domain to my wordpress hosting

I am pointing my url to my hosting. Both of the url and wordpress are in godaddy.

I have changed the A record to the ip of my wordpress. however when visiting the url, it says 

You've registered your domain.Now put it to work.

visiting the ip address, it says pageok

How long ago did you make the change? It does not change immediately, it can take a few hours (the standard promise is "up to 24 hours" for any DNS change, although it almost always happens much faster than that.
