I have a godaddy VPS to which I have added a godaddy-registered domain via cpanel. Currently, I can only reach the site with www.domain.com, not domain.com. The dns does have an type A @ pointing to my IP. How can I fix this?
If the A record is pointing the IP, what do you have the WWW CNAME pointed to? Is it going to a URL, or is it redirecting back to the primary A record?
I'd make sure that your hosting is set up to accept requests from the domain without the WWW as well as with it.
If you double check both of those settings, and it still isn't working for you, please reach out to our live support teams for a full DNS review. Thanks!
