Hi @ThreeB. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! There are quite a few things that could cause this issue. In general, this happens when the domain is pointed to a hosting account and there is not an index/default file in the root directory. Renaming your default file to index.html for a cPanel plan should do the trick. However, you'll also want to double check to make sure that your domain is pointed to the correct hosting IP. Also, if this is for an addon domain, make sure the default file is in the directory you specified for it. If all else fails, you can contact our customer care team so they can double check your file structure and make sure nothing is wrong on our end.
