I merged your two posts together so that @rd  can help you in one place.

So you say you are getting the 431 error  - is that in the GoDaddy Dashboard or somewhere else.

Here are some things to try

1) Log into GoDaddy with a private browser and see if you can get to the cPanel account

2) When you are in GoDaddy (https://account.godaddy.com/products) and you click on manage for your cPanel account this should bring you to the dashboard for the server

A) can you click on the cpanel button and get that to launch

B) Can you click on phpMyAdmin at the top of the page and get that to launch

If you can at least get to phpMyAdmin we can get your WordPress user reset

Also if you can post a picture of the error message that would be helpful.

When you go to https://account.godaddy.com/products and then manage for your cPanel account - what do you get? can you post any screen captures?

When you say "I can't log into WordPress" @Nnamdi01 are you not getting the reset email? Have you checked the spam folder? Are you checking the same mailbox where you're original WordPress installation emails were sent? Are you getting some type of error?

...turns out that my two cents is worth less or more depending on the current exchange rate.
