I created my website using Publisher and used FileZilla to upload all the necessary files to the public_html folder yet the website still doesn't show. The site is lrpool.com and it just displays a message saying Future Home of Something Quite Cool. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Here is what my public_html folder looks like, any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

If you delete the home.html file you should be good to go

That didn't work. When I go to the site using my phone, I get a message saying Forbidden, You don't have permission to access / on this server. My regular PC browser is still showing the Future home of... message, I'm assuming because I didn't clear the cache yet.
Regardless, removing that file didn't seem to do the trick.
Any other ideas? I'm at a loss!

It's lrpool.com.
In the permissions column in the file manager what is the number for the index.htm file
It should be 755

It was only 6 something, so I changed it to 0755 but still not working.
Very Strange as I can get to http://lrpool.com/layout-styles.css
Can you check to see what is in the lrpool.com folder - you may have it setup that the domain is pointed to that subfolder

I finally figured it out, w/help from support. It had to do with the index.htm having a capital I. Apparently it's case sensitive but you can't just rename it, you have to republish all the files in the other case then reupload the files. It's now working.
Thank you for your troubleshooting help though, much appreciated!
Glad you got it working - you may want to consider doing a WordPress website and using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/sportspress/ as it may help save you time with having to do all of the standings etc manually - they don't currently have pool listed but in the FAQs it says let them know if you want your sport added
