Physical Memory Usage & I/O Usage turns red all time

I've Maximum hosting but got these two values always red, which blocking site to open.

It sounds like you have the Maximum "shared" Web Hosting plan, but you may want to consider upgrading to a Business Hosting plan which includes dedicated resources.  Go to My Products, find the plan and click Options to see the upgrades available.

I just purchase 3 months dedicated server but still same problem
