I want to reinstall an instance of drupal. I deleted all the files and tried to reinstall with installatron but it says there is already an installation in the directory. I've tried to uninstall drupal through installatron but it just sits there and spins. Perhaps there was an uninstall file that got deleted? Anyway, how can I convince cpanel that there is not any instance of drupal installed in the directory?
