cPanel email not sending out to external mail

Hi all,

 

I have been having issue sending mail to external mail, only deliver mails with my domain.

The following is bounce back message. Kindly help

As per the message - GoDaddy has flagged your email / server for spam purposes.

 

You need to see http://x.co/spamclean for help in what might be causing the spam. Once the compromise has been cleaned, please contact customer support to remove the block.
