mysql workbench cannot connect WARNING: server key has changed

When testing connection to MySQL Workbench I get an error saying "WARNING Server public key has changed. It means either you're under attack of the administrator has changed the key. New public fingerprint is: " followed by something in hexadecimal.
I recently factory reset my account. I have a database with a user having all permissions and SSH access is enabled on the Web Hosting Manage page.

I'm not sure if I'm missing a step with a public key or where to find it or if I need to contact tech support. I have never needed a public key before just the CPanel password for the site and the user password.

Hello and thank you for reaching out to the community.

So are you trying to SSH to the box and your getting that error when trying to SSH into box?
