Hey @cdnhockeechik,

 

Were you able to get this worked out on your end? Sounds like you might be disabling the filter settings from webmail, but your desktop client is using it's own spam filter settings which are overriding your webmail interface settings.

 

Have you tried reaching out to our live support to help review the affected address directly?
