Changing where your email reports are sent

You can configure your Website Security plan to send email reports to a different address than the one we have listed on file.
  1. Log in to your GoDaddy account and open your product. (Need help opening your product?)
  2. Click on the three dots next to the website security plan you want to update the email settings for, and then click Settings.
  3. Settings
  4. Click Email Reports.

  5. Click Click Here next to Looking for Global Account settings?

  6. Type in the email address you want to update your reports to, and click Add email.

Your reports will now go to the email address specified in the global alert settings.
