Disputing a Transaction on Go Daddy Auctions

If you win a domain name on GoDaddy Auctions®, you must purchase the domain name and then contact the seller. If the seller does not provide the domain name, you can file a dispute within 15 days of the purchase date.

To Dispute a Transaction on GoDaddy Auctions

To file a dispute, send an email to AuctionDisputes@godaddy.com that includes the following details:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Your account number
  • The domain name you won
  • The order number for the transaction
  • Your detailed account of the dispute
