I'm not getting my email
You're using an IMAP Workspace Email address and suddenly you stop receiving your email messages.
Usually this is because you have more than 25,000 emails in one of your webmail folders.
Follow these steps to help you solve this problem:
- Delete email messages from the full folder
- Move email messages to another folder. Follow these steps:
- Sort your email by date received
- Create a new email folder
If you already have a folder where you can move these email messages, skip this step.
