Managed WordPress Premium Support

As part of a trial program some select Managed WordPress users have access to a free version of the WP Premium Support WordPress service. This provides access to a team of WordPress experts that will take care of various maintenance and disaster recovery tasks for you.

Am I eligible?

If you have a website on a Managed WordPress Deluxe or Ultimate plan, and see the Premium Support widget on the dashboard, you are eligible to use the services. Simply click the widget button, and you will be taken to a page where you can create tasks for your WordPress experts to take care of. These services can be requested for any site hosted on the related Managed Wordpress plan.

What if I don't see the widget?

If you are not part of this trial, then you can purchase WP Premium Support, which provides access to the complete catalog.

What kind of tasks can I request?

Here is the list of tasks that our WordPress Experts can perform for you:

  • Add a favicon
  • Fix WordPress database connection strings
  • Troubleshoot and fix a 500 Internal Server Error
  • Troubleshoot and fix login issues
  • Troubleshoot and fix the White Screen of Death
  • Update a plugin
  • Update a theme
  • Connect Google Analytics
  • Database find & replace
  • Import or export WordPress database
  • Update, activate or reset WordPress permalinks
  • Performance report

How many tasks can I request?

As many as you’d like - there is no cap to the number of tasks you can request. However, we do reserve the right to restrict requests if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a user may be engaging in fraudulent behavior.

How long do I have access?

Since this is a trial program, the free Premium Support add-on may be removed from Deluxe and/or Ultimate hosting products without notice.

How is this trial different from WP Premium Support?

WordPress Premium Support (WPPS) is a separate product that can be purchased to use with any WordPress site, no matter where it’s hosted. WPPS gives you a limited number of credits that you can spend on different tasks. The WPPS catalog of tasks is much bigger than what’s offered in this trial program.

What if I need help with something that's not included?

If at any time you need help with a WordPress issue that is not covered by this trial program, then you can purchase WP Premium Support to get assistance. For example, If you request an update for one of your plugins, and the update breaks your site, we will reverse the update so your site works again. At which point you are welcome to purchase WPPS to complete the update and necessary repair.
