Troubleshooting list counts

So, you've uploaded your contacts to your Subscribers, but your list totals are still the same as before! Never fear, try these troubleshooting tricks, and you'll be up-to-date in no time.

  • Refresh your page. This often helps to jog the display to update your list counts with the most recent total.
  • Click the list. This can help to force a reset of your list display. Simply clicking the list will trigger a recount on the accurate total, and update the display.
  • Give the page a little bit more time. It's entirely possible that your import just hasn't finished processing yet, especially for larger files.
