Updating Product Pricing for Your Reseller Storefront

In the Reseller Control Center, you can set your own pricing for the products and services you offer on your Reseller storefront. You must set your prices above each product's minimum retail price.

If you want, you can set different prices for new purchases and renewals. Or, you can set new-purchase pricing for a single product, and then quickly apply it to renewals as well. You can also set bulk pricing for an entire product group.

Setting Product Pricing for New Purchases

From the New tab, you can set pricing for new purchases of products and services.

Note: To import or export a Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet of your prices, click Import or Export.

To Set Product Pricing for New Purchases

  1. Log in to your Reseller Control Center.
  2. From the Products menu, select the product group whose pricing you want to change.
  3. Next to the product you want to update, click Set pricing.
  4. Go to the New tab, and then scroll to the product you selected. If it's section isn't expanded, click the plus (+) icon.
  5. In the Your Retail column, enter your price.
  6. Click Save.

Setting Product Pricing for Renewals

From the Renewals tab, you can set pricing for renewals of products and services.

To Set Product Pricing for Renewals

  1. Log in to your Reseller Control Center.
  2. From the Products menu, select the product group whose pricing you want to change.
  3. Next to the product you want to update, click Set pricing.
  4. Go to the Renewals tab, and then scroll to the product you selected. If it's section isn't expanded, click the plus (+) icon.
  5. To set renewal prices individually, in the Your Retail column, enter your prices.
  6. Optional: To apply your new-product pricing to renewals, from Match New Product Pricing, select one of the following:
    • Retail Prices — Applies the pricing from the Your Retail column in the New tab to the Your Retail column in the Renewals tab. Your changes display in yellow.
    • All Prices — Applies the Your Retail and Your Sale pricing from the New tab to the Renewals tab. Your changes display in yellow. For more information about sale pricing, see Creating Sales on Your Reseller Storefront.
  7. Click Save.

Setting Prices for a Product Group

You can apply bulk pricing to an entire product group. This applies to new purchases and renewals.

To Set Prices for a Product Group

  1. Log in to your Reseller Control Center.
  2. From the Products menu, select the product group whose pricing you want to change.
  3. Next to any product, click Set pricing.
  4. Click the plus (+) icon to expand the Set prices for entire product group section.
  5. From Price to change, select one of the following:
    • Your Retail Price — Applies to the prices in the Your Retail column only.
    • Your Sale Price — Applies to the prices in the Your Sale column only.
    • Your Sale & Retail Price — Applies to the prices in both columns.
  6. From Starting price, select one of the following:
    • Suggested Retail Price — Applies the suggested retail price to each product in the group.
    • Suggested Retail Price + [Currency] — Adds the monetary Amount you enter to the suggested retail price for each product.
    • Suggested Retail Price + % — Adds the percentage you enter in the Amount field to the suggested retail price for each product.
    • Minimum Retail Price — Applies the minimum retail price to each product in the group.
    • Minimum Retail Price + [Currency] — Adds the monetary Amount you enter to the minimum retail price for each product.
    • Minimum Retail Price + % — Adds the percentage you enter in the Amount field to the minimum retail price for each product.
    • My Retail Price - [Currency] — Subtracts the monetary Amount you enter from your current retail price for each product.
    • My Retail Price - % — Subtracts the percentage you enter in the Amount field from your current retail price for each product.
    • My Retail Price + [Currency] — Adds the monetary Amount you enter to your current retail price for each product.
    • My Retail Price + % — Adds the percentage you enter in the Amount field to your current retail price for each product.
  7. Click Calculate, and then go to the New and Renewals tabs to view your pending pricing updates.

    Note: To revert to the suggested retail price for each product in the group, click Restore Suggested Retail Pricing.

  8. Click Save.
