Upgrading or Downgrading Your Hosted Exchange Email Plan

To Upgrade or Downgrade Your Hosted Exchange Email Account Plan

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Microsoft Hosted Exchange.
  3. Next to the account you want to upgrade or downgrade, click Options.
  4. From the Customize Tab, make your upgrade or downgrade selections, and then click Add to Cart.
  5. Click Checkout.
