Sign in to Email Backup

The Email Backup add-on retains and can restore all mail, contacts, calendars and tasks. Admins can sign in and manage Email Backup (In your Email & Office Dashboard, on the Email Backup page, admins are listed under Admin accounts with backup login access).

Required: Email Backup is a purchasable add-on for your email. To add it to your account, go to your Email & Office Dashboard and then select Add-Ons. Under Email Backup, select Add to Cart, and then check out.
  1. Go to your Email Backup.
  2. Note: If you have multiple Microsoft 365 accounts, you might need to follow the link to sign in as a different user.

  3. Enter your Microsoft 365 email address.
  4. Enter your Microsoft 365 password.
  5. Select Sign In. If this is your first time signing in, select Accept to allow Email Backup to access your Microsoft 365 account.
